At Man-up No Man Down, our mission is to improve the lives of those in need by providing essential men's support services and support to our communities in and around Hertfordshire. We believe that everyone deserves support from others that are facing similar problems in life but choose to struggle in silence. It is important to grow mental health awareness for men's mental health.

Man Up is based in Hertfordshire. We have a range of knowledge and experience in men's mental health with every day difficulties that some people unfortunately find themselves in. We are the lucky ones that have come through the other side of life wanting to help others. 

We offer a variety of programmes and services to meet the needs of our community, including mental health awareness, men's support, emergency financial assistance, job training, and healthcare services. Working with local services to help families receive the right support and thrive in Hertfordshire.
